No-shows aren't charged. After each consultation you just reply 1 if they came, 2 if they didn't, and you get a results text on the 1st of every month.

The $50 is charged once, the first time a new customer attends a consultation, phone or in person. No-shows and enquiries from outside your area aren't charged. To start: $149 for the first month, plus $200 of credit that covers your first 4 customers and tops up when it runs low.

The two plans cost the same at 11 new customers a month. Below that, Pay-per-show works out cheaper. Ads start at $10 a day for 14 days; if that books fewer than 2 consultations, we pause and adjust.

Do I have to stop using Booksy?
No. The first consultation goes into a simple calendar we set up for you. After that, book the client however you normally do.
What happens if a client doesn't show?
You pay nothing for them. For in-person consultations, the slot can be held with a card, which is only charged if the client misses it. That money goes to you.
How do I know a client came from you?
Every booking comes with a text to you and lands in your calendar. The monthly results text lists everything.
Why only one specialist per city?
So every enquiry in your city goes to you, not to a list of competitors.
Who owns the page and the phone number?
Hair System Pros does. If you leave, they stay with the city.
Is there a contract?
A one-page agreement. 30 days' notice either side, no minimum term.
